A new beginning
05:32
|
|||
Lyrics:
Fear like perfume fills the air.
A fox is screaming in despair.
When his cage is open wide,
for the last time.
Never felt the grass under his paws.
Never had the chance to build a den.
All he ever knew was his wooden cage.
Down comes the axe and silence fills the air.
A wasteland is all that remains.
The last animals are in chains.
Only the oldest of them all.
Has heard the natures call.
She has felt the grass under her paws.
Raised by family in the safety of a den.
But now all she knows, is her wooden cage.
With nothing more to live for she takes her final breath.
Falling into a deep slumber, the longest of them all.
There is only sorrow, and endless pain.
Why, why! Is this all there is, no hope remains, only death awaits.
Deer’s and badgers are, dragged out of their cages.
Their legs are bound together and then coated in a marinade.
Now the fires burning high, the quacking frogs will die.
Frog after frog thread on blackened iron sticks.
Oh what a horrible night, to be an animal.
Ascending down from the sky,
with a wingspan miles wide.
The swan riders fly through the night sky.
Scorching the human’s lands.
With a book in is hands.
They were finally set free,
to live!
Mighty hero of humankind.
Was not easily defeated.
He was stronger than them all.
Unbeatable!
The Swanrider had an ace upon his sleeve.
He was the keeper of the Snailonomicon.
Given to him by the ancient moose good.
To use in his quest to end tyranny of man.
From ashes the hero attacks.
With his enchanted scythe.
But he was to slow.
The snail chant had begun.
The Snailonomicon was glowing
the Swanrider was singing sacred words.
Borra pengu rikka lotus,
fa fa fa fa pac pac pä!
Borra pengu rikka lotus,
fi fi fi fi purr purr poff!
Inside the Snailonomicon, the human hero will remain.
Forever trapped by the moose god’s spell.
A strange serenity fills the air.
Now it's time to live and to be free.
Side by side marching into the woods for the very first time.
Deper deper deper deper, into a setting sun.
The moons are floating over the night sky and with the rising sun comes a new beginning.
Ascending down from the sky,
with a wingspan miles wide.
The swan riders fly through the night sky.
Scorching the human’s lands.
With a book in is hands.
They were finally set free,
to live!
A funeral was held for the old fox who lost her will to live,
Just hours before they were freed.
The cruel irony of life is our destiny.
Now Join us in a song, for the one who…
Ascended down from the sky.
With a wingspan miles wide.
The snail riding a swan through the night skies.
He scorched the human’s lands.
With a book in is hands.
The breaker of chains.
Our king.
He took his place on the throne.
Made from children bones.
A new era of peace and prosperity.
but nothing, last forever!
In the shadow’s human lurks, and a plan of revenge.
Takes form.

Swansong for a snail
05:08
|
|||
Lyrics:
Tonight, is the night we have been waiting for.
All the creatures of the woods.
Gathering to sing and drink and waltz!
Plague, baring rats brought a surprise.
Finest beer from long ago.
Now they drink like there is no tomorrow!
Tonight, on this banquet, humans on the menu.
A lovely scent of flesh fills the air.
Even the grass eater, eats their fair share.
Nothing tastes better, than sweet revenge.
The old snail spoke up, I am old and grey.
I still remember the tales, my mother sang to me.
Of a time long ago when we were skinned alive by hands of men.
Living in fear each day.
For the approaching judgment day.
Stuck in trap, then locked in a cage with no way to move.
Until the end, of our days.
Blocking the sun, soaring through the land.
The Swanrider appear freeing animals of their fear.
The fire-breathing swan laid Villages to waste.
And the child who escaped got a beak trough his head.
Fly mighty swan, fly to the sky!
Fly Higher than no swan has ever flown before!
They gathered your kin and broke their necks
Unleash your rage, let the fire reign.
A snail looked up at his mother’s face.
Are the old snails’ stories true? Yes my son, it's horrible but true.
But why, have the humans not fought back?
Not even once past hundred years? I don't know but they sure taste great!
The old snail knew the truth, locked away in his chest.
Inside it was a book, the unholy Snailonomicon.
Trapped inside was a human, their champion and hero.
The snail would never let, the book fall into wrong hands.
But he was old and senile and forgot to locked the chest.
The fat pig saw his chance. to bring the book to human lands.
For a bounty of truffles, he would betray all his friends.
He took the book from the chest, Sneaking fast on fatty feet.
Disappearing into the woods, without a single oinky oink.
Once again will they Swanrider have to step down from throne.
To defend his lands!
In human lands, by warlocks’ hands.
The enchantments were broken, the sacred words spoken.
Out of the book, with a reaping hook.
The human hero arose, to revenge compose.
Fly mighty swan, fly to the sky!
Fly Higher than no swan has ever flown before!
They gathered your kin and broke their necks.
Unleash your rage, let the fire reign.

Lyrics:
Mighty and fearless.
Skilled with the scythe.
Crusher of snails and a tavern disco dancer.
Sent by the council of middle-aged warlocks.
A quest to find the featherless raven.
Give him a gift and ride him into war.
This quest is so stupid our mighty hero said.
I rather ride a maiden in a hero king size bed.
Then bust a disco move to a medieval groove.
Finally end the night as so many before,
passed out drunk on the tavern floor.
He is not your typical hero, but he never turns down a quest.
And a magic raven could surely help,
to aid him in the war against corrupted snails.
They are the plague that scorch the earth.
They sing their songs long into the night.
A snailsong that ends a human’s light.
On the shores of Ravenlore.
The waves are calmly hitting the shores.
The fog is thick it's hard to see, from the night a heartbreaking scream.
The snails, the snails, the snails are here.
If you want to live cover your ears.
The snails, the snails, the snails are here.
If you want to live cover your ears.
So much to life for.
I don't want die.
But the song is slowly boiling my insides.
Please help me.
Please help me.
Please help me.
Before it's too late.
Silence upon the restless shore.
Beneath the coldest stars.
Time lays a vale, on the ground, hiding tales that once was told,
But nevermore.
I will never feel the scent.
Of winter or spring again.
My soul can't rest, I'm trapped, on the shores of Ravenlore.
Please set me free.
The quest had led our hero to the shores of Ravenlore.
The wind carrying whispers from beyond the grave.
He promised he would avenge the death of the people from the shores.
This was the gift the featherless raven had been waiting for.
A bright light shines,
And up from the deeps.
A glowing raven arises,
With an intimidating beak.
High above the mountains.
Over hills and valleys.
Our hero rides the raven.
The one completely shaven.
Still finding time for tavern disco dancing.
Finally end the night as so many before,
Passed out drunk on the tavern floor.
Waking up,
Next to a dwarf.
She's holding his hand.
Oh shit, it's time to bail.
He jumps up on his raven after a glass of ale.
The only thing he leaves behind, are a pile of snail shells.
He might also has forgotten his shirt. And his purse on the tavern floor.
He might not be the brightest but in war he's the rightest.
Arriving to a village, where the snails has already been.
One lonely survivor tells the tales of what he has seen.
They came here the coldest of nights.
Led by the snail riding the white.
A battle swan with armor steel.
We could not do nothing but kneel.
Fear not peasant your savior is here, I'm the one thing the snails fear.
With my scythe I will bring peace and set dead lady souls free.
High up in the air there is a raven and a swan.
Mounted by the heroes who believe they are sent by
Gods, and they both are.
Epic battle is fought, and from the sky a raven
falls, down on the ground, with a last scream, now all is lost the snail has prevailed.
The end is here.
But from the smoke a scythe flies through the air.
Slicing through the flesh of snails and cutting the swan in Two.
Our hero, crushes down on the last snail and finally ending the
Plague, of the snails, setting the souls free,
Once again will they feel the breeze.
Of spring and winter winds.

Queen of the cliff
03:53
|
|||
Lyrics:
She stands on the cliff in the last forest in winter.
Guarding what is left since they sealed their destiny.
She is here to witness them destroying our earth.
First the world will melt, then comes rebirth.
In the unholy forest.
A tale will be told.
The one of the slimy and really old.
They say she gave birth to the new world and times.
But that's just a story by the winds that chimes.
A white swan will try to seek her up, fly up her cliff and salt her flesh.
Mercenary for the humankind to save their own lives.
It's not easy when there’s people who say why should I care?
Then try to find a scapesnail when they dug their own grave.
Taken by small snails.
Not even the snail, eating white swan, can save them now.
Arctic ice will melt.
Then comes the rebirth and Forest start to thrive.
The swan will kill many snails, as if they were the one to blame.
Wings as wide as the sun all snails will be undone.
That's what the humans thought when they paid the swan in gold.
Can she defeat the slimy and really old?
In the unholy forest.
A tale will be told.
The one of the slimy and really old.
They say she had a white swan for dinner tonight.
But that's just a story by the winds that chimes.
Feather after feather and a broken neck.
The white swan is now completely wrecked.
It's not easy when there’s people who say why should I care?
Then try to find a scapesnail when they dug their own grave.
Taken by small snails.
Queen of the cliff, just had white swan, for dinner tonight.

Fox
03:44
|
|||
Lyrics:
Alone in an open landscapes in search for something more.
I want to see what awaits me when the night sky meets the dawn.
I'm counting stars, yet they are, far away.
But for me they are closer than never before.
This is our last day on earth why not make it count.
soon we will be rotting flesh, dust and bones.
When the air no longer flows in us.
This is our last day on earth why not make it count.
Sit and gaze upon the stars, feel the night.
Join the badger and fox in a nightly song.
Solitude and loneliness is all i'm asking for.
The search for constant progress is not a worry for a fox.
On this night I kept on counting stars until I was no more.
I turned into the memory of all of walked this earth before.
Late at night, my whispers, spread like mist.
Telling you, there's always something more.
This is our last day on earth why not make it count.
soon we will be rotting flesh, dust and bones.
When the air no longer flows in us.
If this is our last day on earth why not make it count.
Sit and gaze upon the stars, feel the night.
Join the badger and fox in a nightly song.

The neverending war
03:43
|
|||
Lyrics:
Mother fox with rusty fur
On a journey to the hill
Her Cubs follow close nearby
Tired with blistered paws
But there is no time to rest
Fleeing from what’s haunting them
Leaving their homes behind
Will this morning’s sunrise
Be the last one they will see
Their hearts pounding with fear
Foxes, Badgers and deer’s unites
On the hill where the forest ends
The frost awakens down below
When the rays of the sunlight fade away
Fur blowing in the wind, on top of the hill
Snails! they are soon here
Spotted by the mighty owl on top of the oak tree
Badgers, hold you ground
Foxes, flank around
Deer’s charge straight ahead
Jumping high on tiny legs.
By the end up amongst the stars
And forever in the fox’s hearts.
Foxes sneaks up from behind
They are quicker but they can’t bite though the snail shells
Badgers, join the attack
Foxes, fall to the back
Badgers with strong teeth
The Snails shout retreat
For some the sun will rise again
But for heroes this was the end
From the safety of the hill
Mother fox stood guard
A goose flew above them
Honking, fear no more, we victorious
The fox was wise, and knew too well
There is no such a thing, as victory
A fairytale told, to not live in fear
She told to her cubs, on that day in spring
With tears running down her fur
All the days turned into years and mother fox died
But on the hill her grown cubs stand
Guarding their land
Fur blowing in the wind, on top of the hill
Snails! they are soon here
Spotted by the mighty owl on top of the oak tree.
Badgers, hold you ground
Foxes, flank around
Deer’s charge straight ahead
Jumping high on tiny legs.
By the end up amongst the stars
And forever in the fox’s hearts
Foxes sneaks up from behind
They are quicker but they can’t bite though the snail shells
Badgers, join the attack
Foxes, fall to the back
Badgers with strong teeth
The Snails shout retreat
For some the sun will rise again
But for heroes this was the end

Tvål av barn
02:25
|
|||
Lyrics:
En blixt genom himlen går
Och slår ned på ett får
Ida står och tittar på
Ett vackert, fårabål
Inombords en känsla väcks till liv
En lust att döda djur med kniv
Som Vackra svin
Eller humlebin
Men allt hon hittar är en svan
Som bryter nacken av
Nu mår Ida riktigt bra
Och säger att nu lever jag
Tid står ej still
Gör som du vill
Innan skogen dunklas
En evighet
Sen skratt och lek
Nu är det bara väntan
Lars-Erik en hemlis har
Han dödar nyfödda barn
Av fettet han gör tvål
Som säljer från gård till gård
Det svåra med att koka små barn
Är att hitta en kittel stor
Som rymmer barn
Och rosenblad för doft
Det bäst med barnatvål
Är att höra mödrars skrik
När dom tvingas titta på
Barnakok på hög nivå
Tid står ej still
Gör som du vill
Innan skogen dunklas
En evighet
Sen skratt och lek
Nu är det bara väntan
Man har ej levt
Innan man har
Brutit nacken av en svan
Eller kokat
Nyfödda barn
Under klagans symfoni

Livets deg
03:48
|
|||
Lyrics:
En ensam vandrare
Livets deg han jäste fram
För att skapa liv
Fram ur degen stiger djur
Gran, tall och en regnskur
Dripp dropp dripp dropp

Lyrics:
Paw after paw
Sniffing nose in the air
Trusting me to find your path in life
Below the moon in the mist filled air
Always by my side
Afraid to be left alone
I promised I would never leave you
And be beside you when darkness falls
One day you fell ill
We thought the sickness many months
We could not find a cure
You left us on a winter's eve
Now you rest in the forest
Beneath a gravestone
Where the sun always shines bright
But when the night falls
I always stand watch
Because you were afraid of the dark
I will never leave your side
As you always stood by mine
When the moon is shining bright
Until the first ray of light
I will never leave your side
As you always stood by mine
When the moon is shining bright
Until the first ray of light
I will never leave your side
As you always stood by mine
I do not believe in the afterlife
So I find no solitude believing you're in a better place
Time passes by every night is the same
By your grave I always stand and keep you company when all is dark
A storm is drawing near
A storm that other people fear
But my promise I will keep
Never will you be alone
The wind is increasing, arctic cold around me
Finding it hard to stay awake
On top your gravestone, I take my last breath, taken by the winter's night
I will never leave your side
As you always stood by mine
When the moon is shining bright
Until the first ray of light
I will never leave your side
As you always stood by mine
When the moon is shining bright
Until the first ray of light
I will never leave your side
As you always stood by mine
